I went to Thailand to visit Tessa at her garden home in Au Nang, in Bangkok, in Rilay Beach and on the island of Koh Bulon in the south. Hot, beautiful, friendly, safe, spectacular and a culinary extravaganza. It was a wonderful adventure in Asia that only whetted my appetite. Without a doubt I will be back to see more.
